I ALWAYS KEEP TROUBLES TO MYSELF

One of my blind student quoted this proverb in today’s counselling session. I asked, what does it mean to him? He told that he share his happiest and funny moments with other people in the world, but he never share his sorrows or worst moment to others. The reason he told that is” when he share happiness with others, it will make others laugh, but if he share sad side of his life, it will also make others sad and weep and so he quoted this proverb.

I was shocked to see his maturity at this age. My student gave me a thought provoking quote for today and to think. My mind went spreading wide thinking about this quote.

Sisters, do you all feel that the policy of keeping our troubles ourselves is good or dangerous? According to me, whatever the age may be, we cannot forever bottle up within ourselves on the same problems like the guilt and the adversity which affected us in the past. We are all humans. INNER RELEASE of our mind is a necessity of every human; no matter we are laughing or crying. I can even compare it to “OFF YOUR CHEST”.

At the end of each counselling session that I conduct, I realised the minds of human should be opened in hard or happy moments.  Most of the attendees who are attending my counselling session have revealed that they hide themselves within a mask not revealing them to the outside world even at their worst times too. It is a unsafe guiding principle to carry things too long, else they turn internal upon you.

I always advised people that “DON’T KEEP TROUBLES TO YOUR SELF”. Let the hidden sad feelings can be straightened out to someone who knows you well like your friends, siblings or whoever it may be, rather than accumulating within yourself.

Sometimes we hear of people breaking down, having troubles, too high blood pressure, abnormal tension and so on. A vague, unaccountable dissatisfaction tends to spoil their happiness form the deep of their mind which can never be understood by others. All these things arise due to one behaviour “I ALWAYS KEEP TROUBLES TO MYSELF”.

As women, we face infinite problems in the society, family and in job. In this fast moving world, according to me it is good for any women to secure relief and release from the troubles by sharing our problems to other trusted women or any trusted persons.

So “Keep laughing with others also keep sharing your emotions with other also”
