I Made a Pact to Keep the Light of Princess Diana Shining

As I reflect on my journey, I am filled with immense gratitude and excitement to share some incredible news with my World Pulse family, I have been honored with the 2024 Princess Diana Award! which is considered the highest accolade a young person can get for their social and humanitarian work

This award is not just about me—it’s a testament to the collective power of community, collaboration, and the unwavering belief in the work we do through Safina Development Organization.

A few months ago, I received a nomination and it is so amazing to have made it to the final list of the diana legacy award recipients.

For me, this award is a reminder of the light that Princess Diana brought into the world—her compassion, her drive to make a difference, and her unwavering belief in humanity. I am inspired to carry her legacy forward by continuing to work alongside grassroots women and youth, addressing climate and food justice in our communities.Through this milestone, I aim to create a lasting impact in poverty alleviation by empowering women and driving climate action.

Through Safina Development Organization, we’ve been organizing initiatives that empower communities with knowledge, tools, and the hope for a better tomorrow. This recognition fuels my desire to do even more and to amplify our impact.I wouldn’t have come this far without the support of my mentors, collaborators, and the amazing World Pulse community. Your belief in me keeps me motivated to dream bigger, work harder, and stay true to the vision of creating lasting change.
