I nominate Carolyn Seaman for the World Pulse Spirit award. She is extremely committed to empowering young girls, gender based violence awareness , educating them to be able to fight  for their rights and impacting them with digital skills. She carries out a lot of advocacy on girl's issues online, committed World  Pulse ambassador who will always join her voice in raising issues concerning women. Carolyn is an out going kind hearted lady. I met her for the first time this December and our meeting was very memorable. She deserves the World Pulse spirit award.
