It is my great pleasure to nominate Ms. Patricia Onuoha for 2021 World Pulse Spirit Awards. She had been a great companion during our meeting at Spain for International Vincentian Youth Meeting in 2018. She was the person of Smile and Care who nurtures the same whom she meets.  She works for the youth development selflessly. She is very much interactive and fun person. She plays a major role in all the works that is entrusted to her. Seeing all her works presented, The President General had appointed Patricia as Vice Chairman for Global Reports. Her passion for the poor and the downtrodden shows her brought up by her parents and the surroundings. She was the recipients of Thematic Year continuously two consecutive years. I wish her all the best for all the endeavors
