I nominate Urmila Chanam for World pulse Spirit Award

Urmila Chanam is always passionate about making a difference and especially in her campaign on \"Breaking the silence\". She ensures maximum utilization of technology in her campaigns. When I first got to know Urmila, I had written my first ever story on world pulse which I didn't even think was good enough but the kind of constant encouragement I got from Urmila about my writing skills made me believe I can be a great writer. Urmila kept telling me \"keep on writing sis, you can be a great writer\" and to me, this was just something great because she made me realize the more I utilize my writing skills the more it gets better and better. She actually video called me on facebook one Saturday morning and her words were quite encouraging.

She is a great Worldpulse ambassador who ensures she lets the world know about what is happening in Worldpulse, especially from her stories from world pulse which she posts to other forums. Urmila's stories encouraged me to believe that when we are focused in reaching out to help others we can achieve much no matter how small we begin.  It is from what I saw Urmila doing that I decided to step out and do something in my community because I realized that it takes one person to just believe, take a step of faith and start.
