My first encounter with Regina was so awesome. We had a meeting with persons with disabilities and she was there as interpreter for the deaf. I just fell in love with her dedication in what she was doing. I admire her so much ,a strong Pilar and a voice to the deaf community . The impact is so great and I am so proud of her.
