If boys can make stereotypes on what girls do in the bathroom, us girls can do the same

I’m pretty sure almost every one of us has heard of this: “what do girls do in the bathroom?”

These are the same exact guys who will easily jump to conclusions claiming all we do is have sex, gossip, have strip clubs, etc. Ugh, males! They have the nerve to think they know more about women’s spaces than they actually do.

The media is so common into stereotyping women and girls and what we do in the bathroom, and many examples are portrayed unrealistically, and it’s no wonder because they tend to be written by men. That’s what really peeves me so much, when you’re being influenced by the male-dominated media to ostracize its female audience and view them as less than human. It’s scary.

Sadly, it’s way too common nowadays as well, despite being as gender inclusive as possible. You’ll see YouTube videos and TikToks about guys pretending to be girls and exaggerating how we act with absurd titles such as “what girls do in the bathroom” and “every girl’s bathroom ever”. But then I wonder, gender stereotypes are typically a boys’ club that jab at women-exclusive spaces. Why is it so common for boys and men to make such harmful assumptions about the female sex just because they don’t have a clue what it’s like to be a girl or a woman?

You know what? Fuck it! I’d say we turn the tables on these guys! Let’s see how they like it if we make assumptions about them.

Speaking of which, what do boys really do in the bathroom? What is it about guys who are so obsessed with their man-related stuff thinking they have to be the center of attention? Are they smoking and getting drunk all the time? Are they having really gross contests like who can piss the farthest? Are they drawing dildos on the stall doors? Are they watching sports on their phones or streaming video games?

Men’s spaces are a mystery, am I right ladies?
