Impact lab Elevator Pitch

Background

Education is not charity. Girls aged 9-18 in townships school of South Africa fall out due to poverty, pregnancy, drug abuse. The primary goal of school education is to get a low paying job. Advantage of falling pregnant is the SASSA grant per child , even if the mother is too young to take care of the child. Cases like Joselin Smith, brings into front another aspect, trafficking and why education and a drug free environment is absolutely necessary.
