In the Shoes of Another

It is one thing to talk about discrimination, it is something else to feel it in your skin. Today I will show you a team of young people who wanted to know first hand how it feels to be discriminated. The result: a video presented in You Tube, that you will be nicely surprised to see.

It is true that we need to learn from the experiences of others, but it is also true that there are actions that will open our eyes to new realities.

I call for your action. Follow the steps of these young people, and try to walk in the shoes of another. It doesn't matter how old you are, it will make a difference in your life.

If you get to do something like this, will you let us know? I promise to let the community know when I do it, either alone or with other people.

Enjoy the video! "In the Shoes of Another" was created by artist Delicia Sampero & the Hawkes Bay Intercultural Youth Group, in New Zealand.
