INCREASED NUMBER OF REFUGEES

Of recent the number of refugees entering uganda has tremendously risen , reason being the war in northern Sudan . They despersed in the boarding countries . And many came and are still entering uganda .

At first they were registered in Kampala , but after a chaos that occured while they were registering them ( a sudanesman wanted to fight with a police officer ) it was decided not to register them any more, if one wanted to be registered he / she has to go to the camp at bweyale which is four hours drive from the tomb Kampala.

Its being unfair , because not every one can manage the camp life i would suggest to register those who can afford the life in Kampala in Kampala, and those who are willing to go to the camp to go . Imagine a situation where by one has to travel with the while family to go and register then come back to Kampala, the expense including hotel fee , transport , distance and more. The whole clan cant be being for ones msitake . Most prefer Kampala because they want their children to continue with their educational system which is available in Kampala , universities . Its not for being a refugee is enough for them grunt them the previlage to choose for themselves , i am writing this because i have neighbors who travel every after 2 month to go and get their food items , when i asked them about staying there their response were the living conditions and access to better health cares , being a refugee they are in need of almost every thing.

I pray that this message reaches out to those concerned , Allow those who can live in Kampala to register in Kampala , and those who are willing to register and live in the camp ( bweyale) to do so. Otherwise most are suffering for a msitake which was commited by one man
