About Me: I am a Swiss-based coach, trainer and speaker specialising in leadership, communication and effectiveness training. I lead training through my company, Carroll Communication Coaching (CCC) and in conjunction with TNM Coaching and RCKomm Communication. I am licensed to lead the Predator, Prey, Partner™ model from Skills To Success Inc., an international consulting firm. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and spent fourteen years working in psychiatric, managed care and educational facilities before becoming a coach and trainer. I'm a member of the International Coach Federation and have completed the coaching curriculum of CoachU, the foremost coaching institution in the world. I coach clients to become more dynamic, honest and effective partners, developing their ability to influence others by creating powerful partnerships. I do this with the help of the improvisational theatre philosophy, “Make your partner look good!”
