About Me: I am almost 60 yrs. old, living on the East Coast of the United States. My children are grown and live in other cities. I learned about the work of World Pulse from the Women &amp; Power Conference at Omega and I'm excited to connect with women all over the world. I majored in Women's Studies in College and I care deeply about women's issues because women's issues are the breath of life. I visited this site tonight because I knew I'd hear from the women and families in the Phillipines, devastated by the typhoon.
