About Me: I am a 62 year old mother of five, grandmother of two and have been a widow since my life-partner was killed in a motorcycle accident five years ago. I have been a feminist since before I knew the word and have been an advocate for women and girls my entire professional life. Currently I have a business called Personal Strategies for Women and Girls, coaching females of all ages to create their best lives through a mindful connection of mind, body and spirit.
