Introducing myself and my journal: Empower for Change



About Me:
I am a free-minded, young woman from a small town of Nepal. Currently, I am studying in a women's university in Bangladesh. When I reminiscence about my life back at Nepal, I feel that I was a reserved and shy girl. However, if I have to to introduce myself now, I believe I am a little more confident and independent woman in my community.



I am studying Biological Sciences as my undergraduate major. I also have interest in environment and public health studies specially related to nutrition and health care. Nonetheless, I have an equal and keen interest in Journalism. I have studied basic journalism skills in my past. I aim to work as a reporter on a national media in my future. I am also a member in my school's magazine club.



Besides, I like playing Basketball and other sports such as badminton and volleyball. I love to try variety of foods and enjoy music and dance.
Finally, my goal is to "be useful" for a positive change.
