Introducing myself and my journal: Free to Speak

About Me:
I am a leadership coach, retreat facilitator, and I conduct workshops on women and power. I completed a career as a Health Care Administrator/Executive prior to becoming a certified leadership coach through the Georgetown University program.

I have long believed that the only way to a create a shift in this world filled with violence is for women to come together and decide that no more of their children should die as a result of violence, whether in our neighborhoods, states, nations, or in war.

My Passions:
Connecting to nature, Connecting to others, To always be learning something new

My Challenges:
Being able to see what the future could be but knowing it is not right now

My Vision for the Future:
A world in which violence is unacceptable and the gifts of each person is valued and integrated within both the local and global community creating a whole greater than anyone of us can imagine.
