About Me: I am a retired academic in the field of Literature--Medieval, Australian and Feminist. I am also a poet,a socialist, a feminist and a mother of three (now adult) sons. I believe that education is the most potent force in the world for changing people's hearts and minds and hence the way we live in this mortal world --which we could certainly do better.I have worked in an organisation for for the empowerment of women through education for many years, but we've still got quite a way to go.
