About Me:
I am Sangeeta Shrestha working with women and children since 1985. I was born in city and educated but I work with rural women and children. Based on my experiences working with women and being as a woman, I believe that the priorities of the women from rural and urban communities are simple such as; security first and foremost, education, health, water, financial opportunities, and then more of a voice in home and community, later on only in the national affairs.



My Passions:
All the women who always works so hard.

How to recognized women's work



My Vision for the Future:
To build a new community, as a just, gender inclusive and equitable community



My Areas of Expertise:
Rural development, training on gender, social mobilization, positive deviance in gender and nutrition, Discussion with family member approach (DWFM)
