Introducing myself and my journal: The voice of the pastoralist women in northern kenya.

About Me:
I'm a young woman aged 26. i hail from the marginalised pastoralist pokot community of northern kenya. This is an area where the voices of women are least heard. most women are silent sufferers of acommunity that has a lot of human rights violation to the women. i' m a women and child rights activists who subscribes to the ideals of empowering women and living in a society where every member of the society is respected. I work to champion for the general welfare of the people of northern kenya and to create positive change in the community
for the now and future generations. I need networks and opportunites to network me to other like minded women so that we can change the world through our voices.

My Passions:
working for social change to end human suffering

My Challenges:
lack of access to training opportunities, poverty, lack of mentors to make me a better leader, lack of networks.
