About Me: I was an educator for over 30 years, retired, and then worked in education for 5 years in the UAE. Working there gave me many travel opportunities and I was lucky to be able to travel to Egypt, Turkey, Oman, Kuwait, the Seychelles Islands, Cyprus, Bahrain, Jordan, India, Greece, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Bali, and Komoto Island in Indonesia. Recently I traveled to Chile and worked various jobs for 6 weeks in exchange for room and board in the <a href="http://www.workaway.info">www.workaway.info</a> program. I am interested in women's issues around the world.
