Know the difference between the people in your life

"KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THOSE WHO STAY TO FEED THE SOIL AND THOSE WHO COME TO GRAB THE FRUIT!"....It's an old saying that says one should distinguish between those who actually do the hard work and those who just take credit or unfairly reap the benefits of the hardworking ones’ efforts...It mphasizes the importance of recognizing people's intentions and contributions in relationships or communities.

Thoe who stay to feed the soil - They are the ones doing all the hard work, toiling in the sun, breaking their backs to fend and salvage something for their family and doing all they can to make it work.Individuals who invest time and effort into nurturing and supporting growth. These people are committed to creating a healthy environment for everyone, often working selflessly for the collective good be it in relationships,family or business.

Those who come to grab the fruit- They are the ones who take the short cut.The only grabbing they do is the money that arrives in the bank account at the end of all the hardwork. Those who seek immediate benefits or rewards without contributing to the underlying work that makes those benefits possible. They may take advantage of the efforts of others without giving back.

You should know the difference between those who stay around to help,and those who just are here to get something out of it, and leave after getting what they came for.

How well do you know your circle?Are they helping you feed the soil?Who are you in other people's circles?Are you not only showing up to grab the fruit?May God help each one of us to discern and know who to surround ourselves with, valuing those who contribute positively and sustainably over those who are only interested in personal gain.And being the same to those around us too 🙏
