<p>To commemorate the 16  Days of Activism,  On Monday 25th November 2019, Nigeria launched the Sexual Offenders Register to name and shame persons who have been convicted of sexual offenses across the country in line with the 2015 Violence against Persons Prohibition Act.</p>
