LEADERSHIP OF WOMEN

Dear Great women leaders,

Our mothers are suffering a lot in this world. Mothers are real heroes. But when it comes to the society of male chauvinists, the children names are associated with the father and his family. How an girl, women or mother can understand this. I never understood this point. Kindly see the names of various global leaders. Even see the names of Presidents, Vice Presidents, etc. They carry the names of their fathers' or husbands. This is a wrong system. When we put initials, it shall include fathers and mothers name. After marriage the family names shall be changed or we should be able to choose a specific family name. We have to fight for choosing a name for us. My mother is my role model. Mothers are one step ahead in mental strength, capabilities to handle pressure, hard work, genuineness etc. Her names are not associated with children. We need to fight for this. All women associations shall fight for this. This issue is a global issue. No court is giving a rule to change the name.
