Let the people who can't love you go.”

True self-love starts here:
“Let go of the people who can’t love you.”
Much has been said about self-love…
But let’s be clear…
Self-love is not selfish; it’s the exact opposite.
Self-love means never begging for love, attention, or acceptance.
It means knowing your worth so deeply that you’ll never diminish yourself again to gain the bare minimum of approval from others.
Sir Anthony Hopkins—the legendary actor and brilliant, quiet writer—in one of his most poignant reflections, said:
“Let go of the people who aren’t ready to love you.”
Here’s why:
Letting go of those who can’t love you may be the hardest and most important thing you ever do…?!
- Stop having deep conversations with people who don’t want to grow.
- Stop being there for those who don't care about you.
- Stop exhausting yourself trying to win the affection of those who can't give it.
When you choose to rise, to live a life filled with joy, meaning, and passion, not everyone will rise with you!
That's not your fault. It doesn't mean you need to shrink yourself to fit their comfort zone.
If someone excludes you, insults you, or forgets about you...?!
Stop giving them your time and energy.
You're not for everyone, and not everyone is for you.
And that's the beauty of true relationships: their "rarity" and their value!
The longer you struggle to love someone who can't love you, the more time is stolen from those who can, from those who would actually love you.
Some people just want you as a cushion, a backup option, or an emotional fixer. And the longer you spend trying to fit into that role; The more you delay true love and the community you were created for, the more you delay.
If you stop calling, maybe no one will call you back.
If you stop trying, maybe the relationship will fade.
If you stop texting, maybe your phone will remain silent.
This isn't rejection...?!
It's clarity...
It means the relationship was only alive because you were keeping it that way... alone...!
This isn't love, it's attachment. And you deserve better.
Your time and energy are your most valuable assets.
Invest them wisely.
Where you put them will shape your entire life.
And when you realize this—honestly—you'll understand why you feel anxious or tired; or even invisible to some people, or in some places.
Simply, because they drain what's sacred within you.
So, protect your energy. Fiercely.
Make your life a sacred sanctuary.
Let only those who are in harmony with your spirit enter.
You are not here to fix anyone, save anyone, or prove anything to anyone.
You are here to live to your fullest.
To give and receive love, with all sincerity.
You deserve true friendship. True connection. Unwavering love.
And when you choose to—the world around you will change.
Because what you choose is what you become.
