Let's each try to define our goals for each other

I think it would be great before we start the actual thing to tell each other some of the things we hope to do and accomplish during this journey together. It would be fun and informative to know the kinds of things we want to do and how we can help each other meet our goals. I have seen ideas grow on several posts and thought it would be great to have one post where we can all post the starting ideas.

Awareness/Abuse
One thing I am working on with Olutosin is coming up with some "pamphlets" to help woman begin talking about their situations. This grew from our desire to find a way to get woman to change their lives in a real way. I mentioned to her how she could use any of my journals she thought would help and explained how we had 'pamphlets' explaining conditions to help bring up the discussions with our doctors back when the natives first became Americanized. We will be figuring out the best way to do this sometime and look forward to everyone's input. Link to our discussion about it:

Justice
Another one is that idea of creating a moment in time when we can say as one people that we have brought Justice back into the world. I believe we need to get rid of that image of "Justice as blind" and create a positive one in it's place. Link to discussion about it:

Indigenous Alaskans/Americans
This is one issue I am still thinking on but will figure something out hopefully soon on where to head for this.

Please share your goals and dreams with us! We created such a wonderful feeling sharing the journey to get to this point and those friendships will be our guides during this next phase. By working together we can achieve all of our dreams. We are only the first wave of citizen journalists at Pulsewire and many others will follow in coming years so let's set up a great system of love and support to encourage the next group!
