Let's talk confidence for our young girls, shall we?

Let's talk confidence shall we??? How many of us look back at our adolescence and wish we knew what was going on in our heads and bodies, and even in the minds of other people?

I am so proud of my mum because her first book addresses just that. It will help a lot of young girls realize that they can do so much to stay in balance mentally and emotionally, and that they can figure out what's going on if they pay attention. Above all, not suffering from a lack of self confidence means the girls are less likely to get into abusive relationships and marriages.

I may not have a biological daughter , but I have many daughters today especially since I opened my home to girls victim of rape, sexual assaults and domestic violence - many of those cases have as a common denominator lack of self confidence.

I hope many people get this book on the Amazon for their loved ones hurray. Here is the shortened link o: https://amzn.to/2kIl2HN
