Me and Poetry

Poetry has always been my way of processing emotions—whether I'm extremely happy or deeply sad, it’s when I feel the most that I write. It started as simple scribbles, random thoughts that helped me express what was going on inside my head. But over time, those scribbles turned into something more. They became reflections on love, heartbreak, self-discovery, and everything in between.

Looking back, I see how my poems are a journey in themselves. Each one is a snapshot of where I was emotionally at the time, whether I was falling in love, letting go, or simply trying to understand myself better. Doesn’t Make Any Sense is the title I gave to my collection because, to be honest, that’s exactly how it feels sometimes—like a beautiful mess of thoughts that I’m trying to make sense of.

Writing has taught me that it's okay to not have everything figured out. Each poem, no matter how random it may seem, brings me closer to understanding myself. It’s been a wild ride of self-expression, and I wouldn’t change it for anything.
