MEN'S MAGISTERIAL MANDATE

PRO CHOICE. IF YOUR NOT THEN YOU BETTER READ THIS NOW.

BACKGROUND:

America is no longer safe for those who seek individuality, natural rights, and a life of virtue. It is a place for the white man to rule over the minds and bodies of all minorities, women, BLACK WOMEN, and LGBTQ+ individuals, forcing us to adhere to the inhumane laws outlined by their twisted, patriarchal opinions. Yet the reality for BLACK WOMEN in the U.S., from the very moment when this country was stolen from those residing, native inhabitants, is as unbelievable as a fairytale. Black Women have been consistently at the bottom of the system. Not only did they undergo traumatizing years of racism and abuse, were left out in the White Women’s fight for equality, and were forced to live in a society that didn’t even view them as human, but even BLACK MEN, who should have fought for their equality, treated them with patriarchy and misogyny. Who could BLACK WOMEN turn to? Who CAN BLACK WOMEN turn to? Because this racism and abuse still exist today, starting with the current and ever-changing ABORTION LAWS which affect the BLACK WOMEN demographic the MOST.

ROE VS. WADE

Just under half a century ago, “Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973), was a landmark decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in which the Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States generally protects the liberty to choose to have an abortion.” With what should have been a  WOMEN’S natural right being GRANTED to them, the corrupted U.S. FINALLY seemed to move in the proper direction, not gender equality, but in terms of giving women their NATURAL rights. And here we are, only 50 years later, in an America that has long since passed its “land of opportunity” phase, with White Men succeeding in overturning Women’s rights to ABORTIONS

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

It is now currently illegal in twenty-two states and pending in six more to have an abortion. With already now over half the states in the U.S. unsafe for Women to have an abortion in such a short time, it is uncertain even what the near future will look like. With the individual power of abortion laws now lying directly and solely within the state government, many states are re-implementing the laws prior to Roe vs. Wade (1973) that “Abortion is prohibited and illegal with the exception to save the health or life of the mother or in cases where the child is unlikely to survive after birth.” So, in very calm and simple terms, the state government says that UNLESS YOUR FUCKING DYING, THEN YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR KID THAT MAY HAVE BEEN A RESULT OF RAPE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND/OR UNCONSENTUAL SEX.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR BLACK WOMEN?

As I stated earlier, BLACK WOMEN, are suffering the MOST from these reinstated abortion laws. “About 40% of women who get abortions in the U.S. are Black, and advocates say abortion bans like Texas’ will increase their health and financial risks.” BLACK WOMEN have the HIGHEST abortion rate, making up 40% of the U.S. abortions. WHY YOU MAY ASK? Because the wage demographic between Blacks and Whites is so BIG, BLACK WOMEN CAN NOT EVEN AFFORD TO KEEP THE BABY EVEN IF THEY WANTED. SO ON TOP OF BEING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SYSTEM, BLACK WOMEN CAN NOT EVEN HAVE SEX BECAUSE OF POSSIBLY GETTING PREGNANT AND BEING FORCED TO HAVE AND TAKE CARE OF A CHILD DESPITE ANY FINANCIAL SITUATION OR DEMOGRAPHIC. IN CONCLUSION, I GUESS

The U.S. has never been the land of equality, freedom, and choice. It breaks my heart and is unnerving to my conscious of how many women, minorities, and LGBTQ+ individuals were tricked into thinking they would be safe here. And what is beyond depressing is that so many families or individuals who do not possesses the financial ability and are legally able to leave the U.S. are now stuck here and must undergo this scary and uncertain change that will change the country forever(for the worst).

HAPPIER NOTE

The only consolation and solace we have are that everyone will not stop fighting, even though all hope seems lost. As a QUEER BLACK INDIVIDUAL individual who has a QUEER BLACK MOTHER, a HISPANIC FATHER, and a GAY BROTHER, I have seen what the world does to these groups, I know for an absolute FACT that I am ready to fight for the rights of MINORITIES, WOMEN, BLACK WOMEN, AND LGBTQ+ until the very end. WE ALL NEED TO DO OUR PART TO ENACT CHANGE.

BELOW I HAVE PROVIDED THE LINKS I USED FOR REFERENCE PURPOSES. ALSO BELOW IS A LIST OF THE STATES THAT ARE EITHER IMPLEMENTING OR WILL IMPLEMENT LAWS AGAINST ABORTIONS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU NOT ONLY KEEP YOURSELF SAFE BUT OTHERS AROUND YOU. YEAH, I'M SPECIFICALLY TALKING TO ALL MEN RIGHT NOW. CALL EACH OTHER OUT. GO TO THERAPY TO WORK THROUGH ALL MISOGYNISTIC TENDENCIES AND PATRIARCHAL TRAITS. BECAUSE WE(I AM BIOLOGICALLY BORN MALE) ARE ALL NOT DOING ENOUGH, AND WE NEVER WILL. NOTHING WILL CHANGE IN THE WORLD UNLESS WE, AS THE PERPETRATORS, START BY PUTTING OUR FUCKING EGOS DOWN AND START LISTENING TO WOMEN. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO BE ARROGANT. PLEASE SPREAD THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE. WE ALL NEED TO COME TOGETHER NOW.
