Undesired trauma yet can hit unexpectedly ,you can't be careful enough but you can be cautious ,be informed.

Menses do not guarantee fertility. Over the years /while growing up, most girls have been warned to avoid having sexual affairs as they are capable of getting pregnant. Partially, it is true, but medically, it might be a stereotype that menstruating doesn’t mean you can get pregnant; menstruation is just one of the determinants of fertility, and some menstrual issues can affect the fertility of a woman.

Ovulation problems are a result of missing periods/irregular periods. They lead to a lack of ovulation at all, which is so essential in conception. Most are caused by hormonal imbalances, and even if they are not loud, they might be a concern that needs medical attention. Medics advise women with hormonal imbalances to try conception at an early age to increase a less problematic pregnancy and also to increase the rate of possible conception. It does not apply to all women suffering from hormonal imbalances, but it is okay to be cautious and knowledgeable enough about your condition. Do not take chances with your well-being and future, it might be so costly trying to correct it later, as with the right diagnosis, hormonal imbalances can be salvaged.

Endometriosis is one of the most painful conditions as it comes with excessive bleeding and pain, and has a high potential of rendering a woman infertile. It makes the menstrual cycle so painful and sexual intercourse unbearable. Most women suffering from severe endometriosis opt for womb removal to stop the menses completely and leave them with zero chances of conceiving.

Lifestyle and environmental factors: We all say it is just food, just the surroundings, and it has a huge impact on our lives. Stressing while in menses can trigger an overflow or stop because the body is reacting to the stress. If the stress is extreme, it interferes with the flow completely. Also, environmental changes can make the body react and even cause sickening of the body; still, hormones are involved, and the body reacts to the signals sent to it. Food is a great factor, thus ask to eat healthy and keep the body fit. You are on your menses, but you have to take ultimate care of your body, not just the menstrual essentials and hygiene tips, but your entire lifestyle. While creating menstrual awareness and educating girls puts them through everything, so they will help them become aware of their bodies early and seek further help if needed. Some are unaware of their conditions, and it accumulates that it can't be corrected, and if it can takes a lot of time and resources.

Never stigmatize, judge, or belittle an infertile woman. Nobody writes their destiny/future because if we could, we could be all perfect in our little and big ways. Some question the medics about how it is possible that they are on their menses yet cannot conceive a baby, not knowing that some menstrual cycles accumulate and cause infertility in them, alongside other medical issues. Fruitful menses are a blessing; handle yourself with the utmost care, as your body can change for good and unexpectedly.
