We are excited to launch our franchise prototype model in Migori. This model is designed to promote sustainable scaling and enhance our impact in the community.
In this approach, we will implement a "training of trainers" program. Local trainers will undergo intensive training to thoroughly grasp the program content. Following their training, these trainers will recruit and educate other women in their communities. This method ensures that we empower communities to uplift their own members.
Once we successfully pilot this initiative in Migori, we plan to replicate it in other regions.
