My name is Mary Wangu Muriuki. I am a 29yr old woman who grew up in East Africa. I grew up well and completed my two years course in electrical and electronics technology. Here is where all started when I tried to find job but I couldn't find because am a woman and the electrical work is mostly done by men. I went ahead and tried to work in a construction site where everybody could notice me. I was humiliated and after working in several sites I decided to quit... Now I work as a house maid to see if I can be able to raise money and start my own company where women will be valued and given jobs. I always talk with girlchild and give them a word of advice.I would love to see women given chances to show there capability and skills
