My heart goes out to Women, children and all the war victims in English speaking Cameroon

story
My name is Tata… and I am the founder of Mbiame New Vision, a registered charity in Cameroon.
Well I write this after seeing some of the damages that are happening in the English speaking Regions of Cameroon. It has been very heartbreaking to see all the people and children suffering over here. And I just keep thinking that there are other ways that we could resolve this, so why are we doing such drastic things? My heart goes out to Women, children and all the victims, I hope that the war ends soon at least for the sake of the innocent people over here.
I would like to share with you something that is close to my heart and Is making a difference to people’s lives. Our mission was to train people in sustainable farming, resource management, and environmental practices. While doing this, New Vision saw the development of various farms and resource operations in the area of Mbiame.
After seeing many years of success, our efforts were halted in 2016 by the outbreak of conflict between the Cameroonian government and separatist fighters in the English speaking regions of Cameroon. Now, we are trying to help all those many others who have been affected by the crisis especially women and children, building sustainable means of living, so that these people may rebuild their lives and communities.
