My Journey to Becoming a Life Coach: From Deep Listening to Global Impact

For as long as I can remember, I’ve believed in the power of listening—not just hearing words, but truly understanding what lies beneath them. Listening, for me, has always been a form of love, connection, and healing.

I didn’t realize how powerful this gift was until my own story on deep listening was selected and featured by the BBC. That moment was more than a recognition—it was a reflection of my purpose. It affirmed that the way I hold space for others, the way I listen without judgment, truly matters.

This inner calling led me to pursue professional life coach training at Lebanese American University (LAU). Becoming a certified life coach wasn’t just a career move—it was a commitment to helping others rewrite their stories, just as I’ve rewritten mine. Through intensive training, reflective practice, and a deeper understanding of human transformation, I learned how to guide people with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Shortly after earning my certification, I joined World Pulse, a global platform that amplifies the voices and missions of women changemakers. It felt like a natural next step—a place where I could offer my coaching services to women around the world who were ready to change their mindset and take ownership of their goals.

And what an honor it has been.

I’ve supported women rebuilding their confidence after trauma, mothers stepping into leadership roles, and dreamers who just needed someone to believe in them. Every coaching session I hold is rooted in deep listening, the very practice that brought me here.

For me, coaching isn’t about giving advice. It’s about holding space for clarity to emerge. It’s about gently challenging limiting beliefs and celebrating the moment someone sees their own potential—clearly, maybe for the first time.

Today, I stand not only as a certified life coach, but as someone who has lived the power of listening, transformation, and purpose. I am proud of the path I’ve taken, grateful for every woman I’ve met along the way, and excited for the lives I’ll continue to impact.

Because this journey is only just beginning.
