My rape story part One

Let me share with you my expirience as a Rape victim.and the various processes that help me to heal and the person I am becoming.

Born in hevecam in 1993 I got my CEPE ( F.S.L C) in 2004 at Ecole Publique de Nkol-Melen V8. At the age of 11.

days after I was told I will go and continue school in DLA. While In DLA, I lived with Madam Sylvia ( a seamstress) for 1year but nothing rather I was taking care of kids at home and later I was informed I will learn taloring 🤦I was disappointed but had no choice since as a child I could take any decision... but I will get up every morning do house chores and go to work at 12h and before 3pm I was returning home already. This situation was not favorable for me taking into consideration that I knew I was a good learner.

So I decided to returned to my parents in hevecam unfortunately, 2 weeks after my return, I was taken back to DLA by my mom's cousin this time in the house of Mr Sama F. at Chateau Bonaberi where I was told I will be a nanny to F. Akuma and F. Akere at a monthly salary of 7000frs.

I did my work deligently for 9 months until when I began to develop breast. Then my ordeal began. Every night Mr Sama will come to my room and he will press my breast, at times he will ask me to put him water to take his bath but when I enter to do so he will hold me against the wall and do all he want to his satisfaction ... At time he will go drop his wife ( aunty Cynthia) at work and return back home and do whatever he want with me. The problem with all this was that nomatter how I cry even if aunty Cynthia is in her room she will not make a move as I never understood what deep sleep she useto have ....

So on this Saturday night she( Cynthia) went for a meeting leaving me and her husband at home he fingered me 🥺 throughout before forcing himself on me 🛌 and when he was done he took his bath and left. The pain was unbearable yet I was warn not to say a word if not he will still do same.

I stayed silent for 2 more days on a 3rd I called my dad pleading with him to come take me home as I don't want to work again but he said I should stay there because I will go to school soon🤦I insisted but he was categorical so I decided to make a move to run away from the house.

Not having money with me since I had never seen my salary, I took a piece of paper and wrote a letter and drop for my boss Mr Sama.... When he came back and read the letter he was terrified at the first look but after some few min he looked and the envelope and discovered the envelope had his address from a meeting house and discovered it was a lie.

Furious he got me well beaten before taking me to the police station at Ndobong. It was 8 pm When we arrived the police station, he ask the officer on duty to look me up because I am working with kidnappers showing the officer the said letter I wrote.

Fortunately for me, while they were talking, the commissioner of Police came in and met me in tears so he took me in his office. He was so nice spoke gently to me and gave me a glass of water so I opened up telling him saying I wrote the letter because he use to press my breast and it's painful and he even send his fingers in me and I don't want to stay again I want to go but my dad is refusing.

Furious he went out of his office shouting ... IL est ou ? Enfermer le.... Ci c'est votre enfant Vous allez faire sa....? But is anger was shortlived when Mr Sama pleaded and promised never to do it again and handed him an envelope with the sun of 150k. He then ordered Mr Sama to take me back to my parents as soon as possible. The same night as we were returning from the station, he " Mr Sama" kept saying.... So you go disgrace me for police eh ... If you bi shidon quiet you for enjoy the way anty Cynthia di enjoy today.... A for give you plenty money way ya family go enjoy but as you don stronghead so na you don loss.

We arrived home , he called my mom's cousin and told her to come and take me early morning the next day because I have joined a gang of kidnappers and he can't have me in his house again.

That is how I left that house and returned to hevecam to meet my parents. See you soon for 2nd and 3rd expirience but before then let me ask you these questions....

1) where do you send your child/ children after primary education?

2) what measures are you putting inplace to ensure thier wellbeing and safety in the hands of unknown persons...

3) how often do you give a listening ear to the cry of your child/ children

Rape is real and it's very rampant especially on vulnerable girls
