My Rhyme on World Plus Leads Me to Leadership in the Sudanese Journalists Syndicate

I never expected that the story I told on World Plus would be a bridge leading me to a new phase in my professional life. When I shared my experience with honesty, pain, and hope, I believed only in the power of words... but I didn't know that these words would open a real door for me to make a difference on the ground.

Being selected as a "Distinguished Storyteller" on the platform provided me with a valuable opportunity. This recognition led me to a position as Assistant Director of the Gender Secretariat at the Sudanese Journalists Syndicate.

This position means a lot to me because it allows me to work within a prestigious professional institution to support women's issues, empower female journalists, and continue to raise my voice for gender justice.

This experience taught me that a voice is not lost when it is honest. Every woman carries a story inside her... don't be afraid to tell it. Words have the power to open doors, bring about change, and transform pain into strength. We may not know when the light will come, but it always finds its way to those who believe in it.

Then I ascended

I rose

I ascended

I handed over the glory as a cup

I was completed

And endured the repercussions of the promise

It included

A moon and enlightening tales

It poured

On the streams of love

It scattered

And there

I was completed with good intentions

I was satisfied
