I have met many remarkable individuals here virtually on World Pulse and I get inspired almost daily by the brave strides of women who are saying enough is enough to years of bullying, suppression and subjugation.

Going beyond just saying no, they are taking concrete steps to help other sisters. Full respect to all of you

I feel compelled to share on the power of unity. It's related to my mentorship journey with my Mentee Sumera who is now very much a sister

This is my second attempt at mentoring on World Pulse

Sumera who is more academically advanced decided that she needed support in actualizing her goals in her areas of interest. Journalistic Writing and conflict resolution. She is already advanced in her pursuit and just needed a bit of direction. We got matched and the sessions started. Despite our differences in religion, marital status and in other areas, we have a bond that I find remarkable and this has helped me develop clear goals for her.
