Need for safer abortions

It has been long since I wrote down my story, but it has come to my concern that girls aged between 10 to 19 years old due to covid impacts cannot return to school as expected as most of them are pregnant and due to the stigma that comes as a result of pregnancy most of them are going for unsafer abortions leading to more deaths in the country. Despite the fact that abortion is illegal and against the will of God why can't we just encourage safer abortions as long as the girl has valid reasons of terminating the pregnancy? Am not supporting the act but it is really painful seeing young, capable and ambitious ladies dying as a result of unsafe abortions
