Never feel guilty, for having some me time from the cares of this world!

Often times as women we go through circumstances, life changing events taking all other people's burdens including our own, upon our hearts as though life is not hard enough already. Women of royality are you aware of how much burdens and weights you carry each day forgetting that christ told us that he is the burden carrier, and we are told to give everything unto him. We are women who are strong, yes, powerful, multitaskers, mothers, Wifes, daughters entrepreneurs, ect, able to keep it moving with a false smile, yet still, there is nobody telling us to put the breaks on and breath. As a mother myself, I often find myself pushing back things in my mind to deal with the kids, husband, family their emotions, what they have gone through in the day ect, because I am the minister in the house, the doctor, the councillor you name it (I am superwoman as my husband says) . In my mind their well being comes first as I know The most high Yah, takes care of me and he will always give me the strength to endure however, I have learned that it is okay to shut the door at times and take a 5 mins to rest and regenerate your mind from daily life in general.
It can be hard when you are always looked at as the strong one by many people of all walks and backgrounds because many believe that you don't go through things, but little do they know that we are humans too lol!
The daily word of encourgement today, is never feel bad to have some alone time some YOU TIME! if you have to set a date with yourself for the single ladies or set a date night for yourself as a married women, where you let your husband know you have a date with the bath and candles alone! Then you do what you have to because your wellbeing is important as much as anyone elses.
For me I am blessed to have a supportive, hands on husband that understands. But for those who do not or are doing this alone, you must still set that time alone for yourself. Never feel guilty woman of royalities, your body and mind needs it and you will be thankful for it.
I know as a mother it can be hard, I mean I can't even go toilet in peace as my crawling baby follows me everywhere!! But I pray everyday for balance, peace of mind, strength, and endurence and it works!
I wasn't going to speak on this, if I am honest, I choose to let the holy spirit guide me each time but I guess someone needs to hear this and I pray it reaches all.
Stay blessed, eat well, rest well, take time out for yourself, book yourself in for a pampering and refresh your body, mind and spirit.
Much love Tehilah
