New Year, New Beginnings

Now as you see the path you have travelled,

You feel you achieved it all,

Surviving through another year,

Standing up strong and tall.

Since everyday had a story,

Stories will always stay,

But the only thing to pray for, is your loved ones never get away.

So today is a new beginning,

In fear, we don’t believe,

There is no place for hatred as well,

As a lot of things we have to achieve.

Forgive, for it is humanity,

And trust in what is true,

So when your adrenaline stops to pump,

You’ll find someone to believe in you.

Stand on the ground,

But dream for the moon,

‘cause that’s the way you’ll get what you want,

For to win, it’s never too soon.

As we bade farewell,

Let’s promise all,

To stay happy no matter what,

As there is happiness hidden in every fall.
