No Girlchild Must Dropout (NGMD). BLOW YOUR OWN TRUMPET YOURSELF...

Yesterday, 30th September 2025, @ St. Margaret's School, Ilesa Osun State, Nigeria, I was with year one students to distribute one of the Recommended Literature Texts to all, 100, of them.

This is one of my ways to support the students in this next academic pursuit of their lives. That was done shortly after I had given them words of encourgement toremain in the school, face their studies and not to consider droppingout an option in the face of whatever challenge they arefaced with as they journey along their six year High School program.

I told the new students to rather speakout and seek help from the body old students of the school, which they could reach either through the school principal or my humble self as the body global secretary, as speaking out to seek help is always better than dropping out.

I made them realize that, as girls, when they are well carried along, the future agitation for gender balance will be minimized because, girls well involved now shall participate well, and better, in the future.

Recently, at the public hearing of the 10th House of Repressentatives briefs on Reserved Seats for Women Bill, (Nigerian Constitutions ammendment), when passed, only a well carried along Girlchild now, shall have the opportunity of getting involved infuture parliament and governance.

I concluded by stating that, if women were well carried along in the past, as the male factors were,

thismuch ado and agitatios about;

Gender Balance,

Gender Equality,

Gender-based violence and etc would have long done with because the female factor would be naturally empowered and involved their correct proportion. And so, the quantity of energy, efforts and annual budgets dissipated on this Gender Based Violence and related tendencies would be geared towards further development.

I cited the historial examples Indira Ghandhi, Queen Amina, Funmilayo Ransome Kuti and the 1929 Aba Women who took involvement and participation by FORCE because at their own time, women were relegated to the more obvious role models of Harris, the USA vice president, Madam Helen Sirleave of Liberia and our more revered World Trade Organization (WTO), Professor Okonjo Iweala who took leadership by choice because they were well carried along and got themselves well involved ab-initio.

Women need to get themselves invoved right from when they were still girls so as to reduce future tension.

Thank you.
