This teenagers are from low income community and many do not have access to sanitary pads, which makes them stay at home mostly during this period. This in a way affect their education and self esteem. So we did trial of giving them sanitary pad of pack of 30 which is minimum of 5 month for those with 3 day flow. the cost of each is #2000 worth of Nigeria currency less than $2 for 5 months. #4500 per annum that is $5 equivalent.We want to start this initiative pad a flow in Liberty Academy Commercial school off Akala Express of Oluyole Local Government Ibadan Oyo state. We will be able to partner with a particular organization that produce sanitary pad.
