PANT(FIRST PREVATIONT MEASURE OF SEXUAL ABUSE.)AND A CHANGE OF PANT A DAY,KICKS AWAY YEAST INFECTION.

Hello to my beautiful  sisters all over the world, am Brendah Amonge from Kenya.I live in a beautiful  slum called nyalenda where rape cases and sexual abuse are rampant.Am into starting a movement on PANT,yes the inner garment panty.This is by giving out new pants to every reachable female (young or old),this to enhance prevention of sexual abuse mostly amongst young children, teenagers and women common here in the slums.I believe  that when a woman  has a panty on before the abuser attacks her(before removing her pants)it takes a little bit of time, this enables the victims  to scream for help.Then on the little babies/añgles,it feels so painful when  you get to know that an innocent baby got raped or sexually abused by a grown up, to prevent such like hearting things parents(mothers) should put for their younger ones pants. This will prevent sexual abuse such as the abuser taking advantage by  touching the babies genital parts thus leading to rape, I don't justify that it's one of the best way of preventing  sexual abuse but again it's a PREVATIONT  measure  we should  realise. 

A change of a new pant a day also helps prevent yeast infection amongst other prevention  measures like washing our pants thoroughly, boiling them, disinfecting  them and hanging out pants out on direct sunlight. 

Panties when worn for long without change even after a woman has been  infected by yeast on the Virgina,one can develop frequent occurance of the infection even if treated due to availability of the yeast not the usual pants. The frequent occurance  may also lead to other mild virginal infections. So let's change our pants from old ones to new ones after  every  six months. 

When a woman is infected  with yeast on the Virgina, it's like a part of their confidence is taken away by the itchiness and the discharge(for sure it irritates.).Most of the women I have interacted with ignore the change of new pants, it's either they value the ones they have, they find it expensive  to buy pants after 6moths or they are ignorant, it's only 2%of them who buy pants thrice or twice a year. I want this percentage to increase up-to 100%,this can be achieved if we hold our hands together and you sisters help me spread the importance of changing pants and assist those who are financially unable to afford to buy pants,practise this world  wide,(specifically  cotton pants ).

It also came to my realisation  that most women don't understand yeast  infection and how to prevent it  or treat it.some think it's sexually transmitted and other tend to use harmful  herbs to treat it result in into severness of the infection.

Am not a medic but am a victim  of both yeast infection  and sexual  abuse who has interest on prevention  measure on sexual abuse, rape and yeast infection, and treatment,to help a fellow daughter woman and sister out there. 

-A CHANGE OF PANT CHANGES INCIDENTS IN LIFE. 

N/B:-dont scratch your Virginia with harmful objects, it's dangerous and will cause burning pain if you're urinating 

-oral sex causes yeast infection. 

-Dont use your Virginia with soap instead use clean water only. 

-in some cases avoid using perfumed  soaps in bathing

-flash your toilets before and after use. 

-advise your daughters not to share pants in school. And buy them cotton pants 

-take lots of plain yogurt and clean water. 

-avoid taking too much sugar  

-change your pants regularly 

-If you start itching on your Virginia and your discharge  changes, see your  gynacologist and visit  a health center. 

Finally  PREVATIONT is better than cure
