I thought that I would share here in my journal my thoughts on that subject. I too long for peace and as we live through so much strife, pain, suffering, disease and war, I have become more and more determined that Peace is not a passive thing. It must be an active passion. I appreciate this opportunity to speak of peaceful passion or a passionate peace -- both are needed - no required in our world today. Our children are suffering from our inability to overcome the foes of fear, greed, prejudice, classism, sexism, racism. The answer is an individual one: for all selfish reasons, peace must come and love is the way. Hopefully we can discuss why and how love became a feminine trait as though to love is not manly.
