REACH TO THE HEART OF YOUR PARENTS😄♥️

When years goes by, our parents are getting old, they become weak, get unwell every now and then. They fail to even assist themselves or take themselves to their favourite places like cattle posts / farm. In Africa, or precisely Botswana, our parents love their cattles and so did my father. My father's favourite place was his cattle post, he loved farming. But with time as his health was deteriorating he was forced to move from the cattle post to our home village to be near the health facilities incase of emergency.

The picture above here, me and my siblings drove him to the cattle post so he can see it, step there and be happy. He was no longer able to take himself there and we knew how much he loved his place. Even when he was getting weak he would attempt to go there on his own and he would get tired on the way. At the village they walk down to the farms. My father would just get on the road and walk, but since he was weak, he would struggle on the way, until someone comes to help him. He would go without telling my mom because he knew my mom wasn't allowing him to do that, so he would sneak out. My mom would just get shocked finding an empty house and people dropping my father home saying they picked him up on his way to the cattle post.

Not just that, he was so eager and obsessed with taking care of his field. Before he moved to the village, he will go in the bush to cut down trees which could help him fence his farm in a traditional way. Despite him knowing that he can't work heavy duty or stay long without eating anything, my mom would go around looking for him and will find him lying down in the bush, collapsed with hunger. Old age, you know... there are those diabetes illnesses which can't take a minute without eating anything.

But trust me, my father was never bothered by all these, all he wanted was to see himself at his farm, taking care of his livestock and the crops. Hence, we decided to drive him there whenever we visited. We loved to see him happy, and he is dearly missed over here. May my father' soul continue to rest in eternal peace.

I continue to say, let's take care of our parents. With every opportunity we get in life, let's not forget them wherever they are. They have sacrificed a lot for our happiness and well-being, let's do the same. Let's reach to their hearts and make them smile and very happy. They come once in a lifetime, once they are gone, we will never have the chance to make them happy again. This is the time❤️
