Hello World Pulse sisters,

I am a passionate advocate for women's dignity, healing, and restoration. I serve as at the Lets End Fistula Initiative (LEFI), where we support women and girls affected by obstetric fistula.

Our focus is on ending obstetric fistula by restoring hope and dignity through community-based care, awareness, and economic empowerment.

We connect women fistula survivors to care, raising awareness to break stigma, and forming solidarity groups where women find healing in sisterhood, skills, and self-reliance. These groups give survivors a voice and help them move from shame to leadership. We believe that true change happens when communities are equipped to care for their own, and when women are empowered to rise again with confidence.

This initiative is not just about health; it’s about justice, belonging, and healing from the inside out.
