Rising Together: My Path to Global Empowerment and the WE Convention

Across the world, countless voices, particularly those of women and marginalized groups, are fighting to be heard, to be seen, and to take their rightful place in leadership. And yet, despite the progress made, many barriers still exist, making access to leadership, education, and economic stability uneven and often unattainable for those who need it the most.

My journey toward empowerment has led me to study leadership models that create lasting change.
