🌸 It’s always inspiring to see women helping women and growing together.

✨ See. Believe. Become is a wonderful initiative by Global Shapers Community, Chennai, designed to guide first-generation women in their personal & career journeys — helping them build confidence, communication, and clarity.

As the name says, See. Believe. Become is about mentees seeing their successful mentors who were once in the same seats a few years ago, believing in their own potential while interacting with them, and eventually becoming one themselves. 🌟

I’m truly glad to share that I am a part of this incredible team 💜. Today, we kicked off with an engaging orientation program for the second cohort, after celebrating the successful completion of the first set of amazing young women.

Chennai, while being one of India’s leading urban hubs, still has communities — especially women — who need support, mentorship, and belief from society. This initiative beautifully bridges that gap by connecting upcoming women professionals with accomplished peers, creating a space for peer mentoring and two-way learning where we all help each other grow 🌱.

I’m looking forward to an insightful next 3 months for both mentors & mentees 🙌. At the end of the day, every situation brings new lessons — but it’s in our hands to realize and utilize them.

Being part of this journey is an invaluable opportunity, and I feel so grateful to have such a passionate and beautiful team beside me. 💫

💡 Before I close, here’s something interesting from today’s orientation: we had an interactive Mentimeter activity where the cohort girls answered live questions onscreen. One of them was — “What would you choose: unlimited time or unlimited money?” To our surprise, most of the girls chose time over money.

Personally, I would choose unlimited money — because while money can’t buy happiness, it can buy time, and that allows us to focus on what truly matters. ⏳💰
