Issue of Concern

Girls have been making significant contributions to society since the origin of human existence but unfortunately, their contribution has remained unnoticed at the devastating amount in underdeveloped and semi-developed countries. Nepal is the witness of such a country where the role of Girls has been confined within the boundary of homes or in the kitchen.  Excluding the impulse of Girls in the city areas of Nepal, most of the remote villages and Urban are piled with the mass of girls whose Job is only to depend upon their family or husband even for basic fundamental survival. Except for the agriculture-based work on the farm, or kitchen work, they have never been made to think of their unlimited potential of running the better half of the world as opposed to men.

A Girl is strong by birth but is made to think that they must depend on their family for any type of good decisions in society. These types of patriarchal trends can only be subsided by empowering girls by developing them physically strong, and mentally intellectual providing necessary support at various levels of society. The women and girls' kindness, compassion, generosity, and authenticity have been wrongly taken as an advantage to suppress them in the society in countries like ours however, it must be noted that the overall socio-cultural development of society is only possible, if we could empower every girl in the society. We are committed to working on the issues of Girls' empowerment through various social activities, mass communication, formal education, and training of various kinds in the individual districts across Nepal through digital technology.

What we Do?

Our organization is a non-profit and non-governmental social development organization established in 2006 by a group of professionals who understood dignity, shear a deep sense of social accountability, and continue to embrace a solid desire to address the situation of urban and rural poor especially women and girls.

we are focused on first empowering and finally improving the existing support system of deprived and marginalized communities through education, empowerment as well as ensuring entrepreneurship opportunity

One of the major beliefs we are is to increase positive change through mobilizing social awareness, identifying and mobilizing local awareness, identifying the country's human capital encouraging the participation of youth, women groups for economic and social development, and self-reliance of the families. 

We are one of the trusted partners for community empowerment training of various types in health, education, agriculture, livestock, entrepreneurship, and skill development in remote villages of Nepal, and we are excited to strengthen our existing relationship. We are glad to demonstrate to you, through this proposal, that we have the capabilities, people, processes, technology, and the desire to be your strategic partner of choice. Our primary objective is to develop an environment of fairness, honesty, integrity, and courtesy towards our clients, vendor, and community. We are committed to people of remote village uplifting their livelihood from the means of digital technology. We take on significant challenges and pride ourselves on seeing them through. This Proposal describes in detail the duties of each of the parties in completing the Corporate Training with a contract to be signed.

Startup Girls Tech empower  Entrepreneurship  training

Girls tech working to bridge the gap between women and technology by engaging, educating, and empowering females of all ages in achieving their personal and professional development goals. Provinces possess unlimited opportunities for growth on their own.  One of the important aspects of provincial development is to empower females of the province by providing them sufficient level of tech straining and knowledge from which they can stand on their own and contribute to the growth of the province. In this age of digital technology, remote village, and school, college girls & women still lack very fundamental knowledge of good health, Tech entrepreneurship, and education.  Focus on girls' tech human resources in the provinces could transform and bring the financial state of provinces to an abrupt higher state in a relatively small period of time. Furthermore, empower of underprovided, college, and school girls women by providing them Tech oriented skill development training wins the heart of people in the community which would bring warm welcome messages for the provincial government to perform multiple developmental tasks in coordination with local people. The training could also be boon to the differently able women who fail to think of better life and ways to achieve it.

Training Package Contents

1.       Workshops

TechShop is a free, hands-on technology workshop for middle school girls, there are 50 topics to choose including coding, movie editing, jewelry design, digital marketing, cyber security, and morel

2.       Training on  role on girls tech and its positive impact

The training content dives into the details of the impact of successful girls in the society to build a better society and the nation.

3. Our rise activities

a. campaign: The Arduino programming camp introduces girls to basic electronics, and engineering by building an obstacle-avoiding robot controlled with an Arduino microcontroller, this campin is an in-person, 4 full days camp ( 3 hr per day )

·         Basic Adriano circuits

·         Arduino Digital inputs and outputs -Exploring switches & Using Buzzers to create music

·         Analog devices and photo resistors

·         DC small motor control

·         Robot Building

·         Working with servos and Ultrasonic sensors

b.  Entrepreneur orientation

·         Developing Business idea

·         creating them personal commercial/elevator pitch

·         market research(customer validation)

·         product management

·         Minimal viable product-MVP

·         A day in the life of a web designer

·         Choosing a domain Name

4. Training on Girls-Tech empower  for college and school girls

The training highlight the concerns of sustainable growth of society by providing the knowledge of major skill types girls can learn in a shorter span of time and making them economically viable in society.

5. Training on female Rights for Justice and impartial society development

The training focuses on the contents of regulated acts of the Government of Nepal that support the creation of a non-discriminating society and women empowerment.

Expected Participants

The Girl's tech empowerment training has been focused on school, and college females of the province and expects the participants under the below category:

·         Economically challenged females in society

·         Differently Able female in society

·         Single female in society

·         Girls who are highly motivated will create a significant impact on society for transformational changes in social development in the arena of female empowerment.

Training Evaluation Methodology

Startup Girls Tech entrepreneur empowers training evaluation model will be used for the more overarching and systematic training evaluation process. Standardized tools will be used around the stage of outcomes defined in the startup Girls tech entrepreneur empower model, namely, i) reaction ii) learning, iii) behavior, and iv) results, although changes at all stages will not be observable in the limited  life-span of them training, the model is still not applicable in terms of evaluations of changes brought about by an event in the short terms

The training evaluation will be done Reaction. at this stage, we will assess the participants' reaction to the training in general. This includes, inter alia, how they felt about the usefulness and relevance of the training, whether they felt engaged, and how they plan to use it in their day-to-day activities. A standard Training feedback form will be used for this purpose.

The training evaluation will be done on learning. this stage will look at the change in participants' knowledge, skill, and attitudes as a direct result of the training. The pre-and- post-tests questions will be used to measure changes in the level of understanding of the course contents that are aligned with the learning objective of the training.

A training evaluation report will be annexed in the detailed report upon training completion.
