Step Toward a Digital Future: Free Computer Training for SSC Examinees

Every year in Bangladesh, around 2 crore students participate in the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) exam, stepping into one of the most crucial turning points of their lives. Once the exam ends, a long three-month waiting period begins — a time often lost to uncertainty and idleness. But at Sombhabona, we believe this waiting period is a golden opportunity to unlock new possibilities.

This year, we are proud to launch our "Digital Awareness Campaign", a heartfelt initiative offering free basic computer training to 80 SSC candidates from underprivileged backgrounds.

Our Mission

To equip the next generation with the digital literacy needed for survival and success in a modern world.

Our Vision

To see a Bangladesh where every child, regardless of their economic background, can access the tools and skills required to dream bigger and reach further.

Our Goal

To transform idle time into learning time by training 80 students in essential computer skills — from basic software use to internet browsing and digital communication — so they can be more confident, capable, and prepared for higher education and the job market.

Timeline

  • Admission Opens: Immediately after SSC Exam
  • Training Duration: 2 months (June -July)
  • Class Schedule: 6 days per week ( 3 hours per class)

For many, this is more than a training course — it's the first time they will touch a computer. For families living day-to-day, this skill means hope, dignity, and a bridge to the future.

Join us in building a digitally empowered generation.

Sombhabona believes in possibilities — and this is just the beginning.
