Stop the violence/ Speak out for girls ' rights

About Me:
I am a member of the Mpanazava Eto Madagasikara, the association of protestant girl guides and girl scouts in Madagascar. We are a full member of the world association of girl guides and girl scouts. I have been a Units’ responsible since 2001. At first, I took care of girls aged between 6 and 12 and I have been with girls from 12 to 16 since 2004. It is always a good experience for me to be with them as I am living with the objective of helping girls to discover their potential and to live their rights. Now,I\\'m a member of the regional team of the association. I am also a responsible of the youth committee there. The human rights education is one of my tasks, especially for girls and young women. The youth committee is a platform for young people to let their voice heard. We have different tools in this committee: workshops to share experiences between members, debates and series of ideas collecting. These tools are made to know girls and young women issues that affect them. And we advocate, speaking about these issues and influencing opinion. We do also education of girls and young women and society in areas like leadership, nutrition, peace and world citizenship. And as we are a YOUTH committee, we always have creative way for our campaigns.
