first-story
In mach 23 2016 me and my team where checking out one of the very firdt drug houses to be established in our community which has led to so many of tghem being established. In these drug houses young girl are kept there exploited and used as prostitutes with most being addicted to drugs. If lucky they survive long if not they are killed by drug dealers if they know too mush and are a threat. As Asilweni Cleaning Streets we had decided to shut these drugs house as they made the community unsfae . As we got into the rug house they locked us in and called other traffickers in the area and they assaulted us for three hours 20 Nigeian man old grown man who said l was taking their jobs for abusing and victimising girls. Our struggle had just begu on that day for me it was a resemblance to experience what victims go through being initited in trafficking cults. I have learnt and l am determined to fight to empower woman , girls and boys so they not exploited together we can do more .
